RETAIL MERCHANDISE SYSTEM – APPLICATION SUPPORT
Job Description:
We are looking for someone with Retail System experience. This includes knowledge of retail, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, apparel, footwear, hard goods, supply chain, CRM, planning, POS, sales reporting and system integration. Must be able to work with end user to support their use of the system.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day user support of issues with existing systems.
- Applying investigative techniques and problem solving skills to guide users towards resolutions in owned systems.
- Works directly with client to maximize system usage and functionality to best achieve their business objectives.
- Training of client personnel.
- Experience with purchase orders, receipts, transfers, distribution, and price changes.
Required Skills:
- In depth knowledge of retail business processes
- 1 year experience with retail systems
- Ability to interact with clients on any level
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to research problems and provide solutions
- Motivated by the desire to make a difference in the business, to work with a highly talented set of peers, and to work on interesting projects
- Display positive and constructive attitude
- Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
