POS HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
POS helpdesk technician will be responsible for answering incoming support calls (95% phone, 5% other methods) and providing efficient, strong customer support. You must be teacher, technician, and record keeper while handling multiple tasks in a high-paced and pressurized environment.
