POS INSTALL MANAGER
Job Description:
We are looking for a retail industry point-of-sale install manager with an operational understanding of the in store retail processing environment, a high degree of POS technical aptitude and strong project management skills to lead our POS Install Team. The candidate's role is in a high-visibility front line team, interacting with clients, vendors and internal resources.
Education and Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience installation or 2nd level support of POS systems with detailed knowledge of software/hardware platforms
- Proven track record of project management excellence combined with professional and proactive communication
- Maintain related documentation and develop ideas for continuous process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal & external clients for ongoing support
- Ability to directly manage install team
- Ability to work both independently and in a team and work install calendar
- Strong written & communication skills a must; must be detailed oriented.
- Some early morning, evenings and weekends required based on client needs.
- Minimal Travel (less than 10%)
