RETAIL MERCHANDISE BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description:
We are looking for someone with two or more years of Retail Business System Analyst experience. This includes knowledge of retail, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, apparel, footwear, hard goods, supply chain, CRM, planning, POS, sales reporting and system integration. Must be able to work with end user to define specifications and communicate internally with development team to fulfill user requests.
Responsibilities
- Assists with new client implementation and ongoing customer support
- Manage all clients requests through internal channels
- Manage the design/testing/delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements
- Work directly with client to maximize system usage and functionality to best achieve their business objectives
- Training of client personnel
Required Skills
- In depth knowledge of retail business processes
- 2+ years experience with retail systems
- Customer service oriented, willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to interact with clients on any level
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to research problems and provide solutions
- Motivated by the desire to make a difference in the business, to work with a highly talented set of peers, and to work on interesting projects
- Display positive and constructive attitude
- Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

- Experience with purchase orders, receipts, transfers, distribution, and price changes
