I just wanted to let both of you know how pleased I was with the training given by Vicki Davies at our office on Tuesday, February 10th. She had two groups of managers with many different levels of understanding and somehow, Vicki was able to get them all to leave confident in their abilities on the new registers.

She kept the meeting up beat and was able to maintain everyone’s attention. I was also pleased on her suggestions at the end of the meeting for the POS system to better serve our needs and her follow up. The next day, an e-mail had been sent to the POS group to change our configuration. Again, she did a great job and I want to make sure she is acknowledged as a vital part of the KWI family.
