KWI, while not a public company, takes responsibility as your SaaS partner to comply with the principles of SOX. We proactively take steps to tighten our process controls, improve our internal reporting and secure data.

We formally reengineered our business by hiring independent auditors PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young to perform a detailed assessment of our compliance. After a year of commitment and hard work, we again met with the auditors to confirm our progress. Our efforts have resulted in a variety of improvements.
