Partnership with CLEAR®, New Client Roster and New CRO To Support Continued Growth and Enhance Focus on Customer Service
KWI;, the pioneer of real-time cloud technology for luxury and specialty retailers, today announced new and improved innovations to its robust Cloud POS platform, which are designed to help retailers better manage their businesses and create extraordinary customer experiences. These improvements will be showcased at the KWI booth (#5355) during the National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show in New York City, January 12-14, 2020.
After introducing retail to the cloud 35 years ago, KWI continues to utilize the cloud for a seamless omni-channel experience with POS, Merchandising, eCommerce, CRM, Clienteling and Loss Prevention all powered from a single database. Innovations to the already powerful platform that will be highlighted at the NRF Show include: a single app incorporating POS/clienteling/recommendation engine, embedded business intelligence, integrated global payments, an intuitive omni-channel dashboard and a robust pricing and promotion engine. In addition, KWI has co-developed a proof of concept with CLEAR® – a biometric identity and security platform – to provide retailers an easy, quick, and secure way to verify their identity. Instead of using a username and password, now store associates and managers can log in to Cloud 9 POS with just their face. CLEAR Log In enables store associates to focus more on helping customers and less on typing passwords.
“At KWI, we remain committed to helping our clients deliver flawless customer service at every stage by providing them with a unified commerce technology solution that meets the full spectrum of their needs,” said Sam Kliger, founder and CEO of KWI. “To achieve this, we are constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance our platform, provide value-added services to more clients and strengthen our leadership team. We are thrilled to be showcasing our improved technology at NRF and confident that our platform will attract more users to the KWI Family.”
In addition to the partnership with CLEAR, KWI recently expanded its roster of clients to include Funko, L.L.Bean, Oscar de la Renta, Ashley Stewart, Zadig & Voltaire and IPP.
The company also added Josh Goodelman to the executive team as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing sales and marketing functions. Josh comes to KWI with 20+ years of retail and technology experience, most recently as part of Salesforce.com’s Retail & Consumer Goods team.
